About us.......

Archaeology is all about the discovery of how human beings lived in the past. It is about how we made simple shelters or built grand pyramids; how we survived in harsh climates or remembered our ancestors.

Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc. is all about helping the public and archaeologists find answers to these questions and we do it with ArchaeoExpeditions.

More and more people are seeking unique learning experiences - they want to travel and get off the usual tourist circuit. At the same time, funding for archaeological research is decreasing every year. ArchaeoExpeditions responds to these two major trends to serve both the public and the archaeological community.

We identify exciting adventures for people to enjoy. They participate in real excavations or travel to important sites and museums.

Our staff work with archaeologists and the heritage tourism community to create these adventures and make archaeology more accessible to everyone.

We have twenty-five years experience in museums, heritage programmes and archaeology. A range of professional services to support heritage programmes can be coordinated and are listed below.
