NOTE: The project noted on this registration request form is the responsibility of the stated project authority and is not in any way the responsibility of Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc.

The participant agrees to take full responsibility for their decision to participate in the stated ArchaeoExpedition project and to act prudently and with responsibility toward the project authority who has undertaken the organization of this opportunity on their behalf.

Further, Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc. is not a travel agent nor does it provide any travel services and is not registered under any Travel Industry Act in Canada. The participant and / or the project authority are responsible for making all transportation and accommodation, rental or any other travel arrangements related to this ArchaeoExpedition.

To ensure a successful and enjoyable ArchaeoExpedition experience, participants should independently inform themselves about the project, conditions in the host country and about tourist visas, health and other insurances, currency matters, local customs and traditions, etc.

The Participant further agrees to absolve and release Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc. from any responsibility for the organization, delivery, nature or extent of experience resulting from the ArchaeoExpedition project, and for any accommodation, transportation or funding arrangments and any and all other activities or arrangements that may be provided by the project authority or independent travel service. 

By completion of this Registration Request, participants agree to their first name and country being used in stories about their ArchaeoExpedition which may be published from time to time by Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc..  Cultural Expeditions will not publish any photographs that show identifiable features nor release lists giving full names, addresses or contact information of any of its clients without prior permission. 

The rights and obligations of Cultural Expeditions MEC Canada Inc. and the Participant shall be determined by the laws of Canada and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in Canada.
